Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

We only offer product exchanges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it as quickly as possible.

You may choose the same product or select a different product for exchange.

Items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange requests are allowed only once per order.

Products purchased from Baiiko.com can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. After this period, exchanges are not permitted.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests.

Shipping for Exchange

Customers are responsible for sending the product back at their own cost to our warehouse address.

We currently do not offer reverse pickup service.

If reverse pickup is arranged by us, a fee of ₹250 will be charged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags and unboxing video proof.
Exceptions

Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed), and customized products are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene or personalization reasons.

Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales may have different exchange conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
